Planning
-
I am planning an event, but I am not a technical person. What do I need to do?
Don’t worry, fill out our Quote request form, and one of our project managers will give you a call to discuss your project or event. They will walk you though the entire process, providing up to date quotes, drawings, and suggestions as needed along the way.
-
Will you perform jobs outdoors?
We will do an event anywhere your willing to have one. We can bring our own shelter from the elements, and our own power, if needed. The only limitations we have are those of space, we must have enough room to setup, and work.
-
What will your staff wear?
Our team is always dressed professionally. Unless told otherwise, our staff will wear a polo shirt, with dress pants. If requested, our staff will wear a suit and tie. If you would prefer, our team will wear your companies logo wear or uniform, if all clothing is given to your project manager 48 hours in advance, and this is stated in the signed contract.
-
How many days in advance do I need to book?
The sooner you contact us and let us know what you need, the better. Two weeks prior to your event is recommended, but to avoid disappointment we suggest you contract us as soon as you know the event is likely to happen. Having said that, we are always willing to help and last minute jobs may be possible.
Payments
-
Must I sign a contract for your services?
Most jobs are done under contract, but for smaller jobs (Under $300) your project manager may waive the contract. We do require all contracts and deposits be received no later than 5 business days before the event.
-
Are discounts available?
We will offer individuals or companies discounts under the following circumstances:
-Non-profit group(501-C)
-A referral that results in a signed contract and deposit on another job.
-Repeat Business- If you come back, we will help you out.
-
Do you donate your services for special events or organizations?
We will donate our services for the right cause or project, but unfortunately we can’t donate services or rentals to everyone. Please call or e-mail one of our project managers for more information.
-
How do I pay?
All jobs under contract will require a deposit. Our deposit policy is $75 or ½ of the total contract. This deposit must be received with the signed contract at least 5 business days prior to the event.
If you are not under contract, you have 2 choices:
-Full payment must be given to the project manager or onsite supervisor in the form of cash or check prior to setup at the event.
-Full payment must be received at least 24 hours in advance online using a major credit card (Visa, MasterCard), or PayPal. -
What are your rates?
Please give us a call or request a quote online to get a price. Our quotes are determined by the size of the event, length of rental, number of staff, number of pieces of equipment and schedule. We always want to offer the lowest price we can, and our inventory is often changing, so call today for the best price.
